Our rental company had been leaving us to melt and relief finally showed up in the form of Gavin and his associate. We were at 90 degrees upstairs and 83 downstairs and within an hour they had the AC functioning again. Gavin was super respectful and informative of what was going on and gave timely updates. Well done

David morris and Skylar also Ryan are the people we worked with and they are very dedicated and kind. They made a very difficult situation easy. Amazing people who care about the customer and how they make them feel and how the experience goes. It’s rare to find a company that cares more about the customer experience than the dollar and this company shows they care more about the experience. They do water damage mitigation too l. They will affordable go out of there way to fix any and all problems they are equipped for with out ripping you off. They are really good at explaining step by step how the situation works and what they do while being very patient understanding and kind. I would recommend them even to GMA who has dementia that’s how honest and kind they are. Trust worthy and high quality

Highly recommend! I’ve had several different issues with my AC, and Inkwell has come out every time. Each experience has been outstanding. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what caused the issue and how they fixed it. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. It’s hard to find a company that’s this reliable and honest. Give Inkwell a call—you won’t regret it!

I highly recommend. My experience from scheduling to completion was excellent. The office verified my appointment the morning of and they were on time. I was pleasantly surprised with their price. I hope I don’t need them any time soon, but I would definitely use them again and share this company with my family and friends .

I had these guys come out and help me quickly with my AC unit. They were so professional and respectful. Bryson explained everything they were going to do in detail. Which made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend them for all your HAVAC needs done.
